  1. Account Issue / Login Issue:

Account creation is optional for customer you can buy product directly also without having account just by using phone or email at the time of checkout.

For easy and customer best service & multiple times buy process we recommend you to register in login page and after registrations please login with email and password.

Step 5: Check the menu and click the “Bag” in that page you will see all the selected items procced by clicking “Checkout”.

Step 6: After Check out enter phone or email all the shipping details

Step 7: Payment page procced with the payment

Step 8: Successful payment give your order id and details on your mail or phone number

  1. What is my tracking number?

Ans - Once order is processed from our side. We will generate tracking number and send mail to you. You have to check mail for tracking number. Tracking number look like ( Eg. 9992910017654 )

  1. How much time it will take for tracking number mail?

Ans - tracking number will be generated with-in 1-2 days.

          Step 3: Enter your order id or tracking id or mobile number

          Step 4: Click on track  

  1. Order delivery

  1. how much time take to deliver order?

Ans - Order delivery will take less than 10-14 days based on your location. It may be extend based on some situation.

[Note 2: Delivery may take time based on situation in that location in that case we will call you assist you regarding issue.]

  1. Order Return/Exchange

[Note : Return/Exchange is possible only for Prepaid. If order is COD then no return/exchange accepted.]

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at 8591331740. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges [Only Prepaid]

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, We will call your for the new  product.

Refunds [No refund policy]

Once product is delivered to customer then only customer able to exchange[Only prepaid] the product no refund will be given.

Refund service available when order is cancelled from our side due to some issue with order. Note only we are able to cancel and initiate refund

Refund Process may take 10-14 days to credit into your account you will get update from razorpay team like RRN number and Refund id on your email id.

  1. Order cancellation

You are not eligible to cancel the order once you completed the order incase if you want to cancel you have to mail us if we got the mail in time frame then from our side we will cancel the order and inform you and your refund will be credited to you account with-in 10-14 days. you will get mail from rezorpay regards refund process.
