Return Policy

[Note : Return/Exchange is possible only for Prepaid. If order is COD then no return/Exchange accepted.]

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at 8591331740. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Steps:

1. Call on this number for Return/Exchange/Refund query 

2. After call initiate step 3  

3. After approval from our side you have to courier the product at this location 

   Shop No: 01/B, Shri Sai Ratnam, BP Road, Bhayandar (East), Maharashtra

   Thane - 401105 and also mail the courier id and customer details and order       number on this mail id byzanticcustomercare@gmail.com.

4. After the package arrives we will contact you for the next exchange process.

5. Exchange process completed with new order details send to customer       registed moblile number.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges [Only Prepaid]

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, We will call you for the new item.

Refunds

Once product is delivered to customer then only customer able to exchange the product no refund will be given.

Refund service available when order is cancelled from our side due to some issue with order. Note only we are able to cancel and initiate refund

Incase customer want refund due to order product is not in good condition or any other issue then after receiving the product back to our location. we will initiate refund.

Refund Process may take 10-14 days to credit into your account you will get update from razorpay/cashfree team like RRN number and Refund id on your email id.
